This is a pivot-irrigated farm with 234 gross acres and 220 net useable acres. there are 5 pivots in varying formations and sizes to catch the small stuff and a couple of wheel lines for the odd parts. Water is durable and permanent from USBR through the Columbia Basin Project. There are no buildings on the property. Land on the east side is divided into small rural residential parcels, but the land is being sold at farm land prices.
