1704 acre timberland tract located on the Enoree River in northern Laurens County of upstate South Carolina. This tract has over one mile of road frontage and one-half mile of river frontage. The property is bordered by the Sumter National Forest. The timber consists of over 1370 acres of planted loblolly pines and over 330 acres of mature hardwoods. The pines range in age from two years old to 31 years old. There are several creeks located throughout the property and an abundance of wildlife.
